The EHR-E is a small, lightweight studio condenser microphone designed to work effortlessly with louder sound sources. It is especially well suited for percussion, horns, loud guitar amplifiers, and vocals—capturing power, nuance, and detail with calm precision.

An open, airy mesh minimizes acoustic filtering, allowing sound to reach the capsule naturally and without obstruction. Combined with its robust construction, compact size, and low weight, the EHR-E is easy to place exactly where it’s needed—even in tight or demanding setups.

With a pickup pattern that is slightly narrower than a traditional cardioid, the EHR-E offers excellent focus. This helps capture the intended source clearly, while reducing unwanted sound from the sides. The result is clean, controlled recordings with a natural sense of space.
